Design and Engineering of Fluid Power Systems requires trained personnel using state of the art tools to efficiently and economically provide a solution for a customer's application. Our first major system was designed for the Scientific Atlanta / Raytheon / US Navy's forward and rear radar scanning system in 1977. The closed loop servo controlled hydraulic system included a hydraulic cylinder, pump, servo valve, custom manifold, relief valves, by-pass valves, pressure transducers, high pressure filter, check valves, hose assemblies, fittings and heat exchanger in a package less than five feet tall. From the start of our design to completion of the working prototype was just 6 1/2 weeks. The standards, which allowed us to accomplish this project, have been expanded and improved over the past 24 years. Today we have systems operating all over the world in Korea, Japan, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Holland, England, Norway, Germany, Mexico, Canada, Thailand, Malaysia, Burma, Italy, and China.
Our engineers and sales professionals have each received their Fluid Power Certification and continue to expand their knowledge and skills in designing and engineering fluid power systems. Certification of Fluid Power and Motion Testing and Recognition. Certification of Fluid Power and Motion Control Engineers, Specialists, Technicians, and Mechanics is a program established by the Fluid Power Certification Board and administered by the Fluid Power Society.
